Waivers

Volunteer Waivers:

Now you can print, sign and bring your volunteer waiver with you! Just download the Volunteer Waiver Form, print the form, complete the form including the project for which you are volunteering, and either:

1) scan the signed form and return to info@historicorps.org or,

2) bring with you to the project site and give your form to the Project Supervisor.
