This semester, choose from a variety of courses which apply towards certificates or an associate’s degree in Historic Building Technology, including Introduction to Historic Preservation, Historic Research and Documentation, and core courses such as US History, English, Math, Art and Physics. Upon completion of the spring semester, the real fun begins: HistoriCorps Field School for Saving Places™! By participating in the innovative Semester Afield™, you will put theory into practice by preserving historic buildings in amazing settings while earning up to ten credits!
The Historic Preservation Program makes preservation trades training affordable and accessible to students throughout the country, enabling you to learn theory online and skills on site. The application is simple and straightforward, and you can enroll from virtually anywhere.
